I understand that the following request may cause you and others to desire my immediate and painful destruction. Nevertheless, I feel that I must make it, for the sake of all those of us who like to browse the forums, but who lack a good, high-speed Internet connection. I also understand that this request may cause you to feel that you cannot do anything right on this forum! However, I would like to assure you that such is not my intention, nor is it (I trust) the intention of any other member of this community.
Please change your signature! The constant looping of the video clip currently contained in your signature space causes my computer to take a good deal of time - indeed, an excessive amount of time - when loading any forum page on which you have commented (and thus, on which your signature appears.) As we know, this category of forum pages involves very nearly all of the recent pages on this forum. As a result, my participation in the community has been severely restricted! I must ask - nay, implore you, gracious sir/madam/otherwise: for the good of the community, change your signature!
Thank you for your kind consideration of my request, and thank you in advance for your graciousness in making life (and gaming) a bit easier for those of us with slow Internet connections. We are in your debt, sir/madam/otherwise!
