Skill is of course involved but you can't deny that makes the game fucking slow. I'm not patient enough for no cards :oops:

But when the game is terminator, you have the most chance of gaining points, and you don't want to lose those points due to someone cashing in their cards.

One could argue that in terminator planning while taking in consideration the opponents' possible cash-in makes it more challenging. Anyway true that no cards should be faster in terminator either way.
