I'm just curious how people from other parts of the world like their food. Being from south Louisiana, I'm in the category whose taste buds will be dead by 2010

I am the only person in my family who cannot handle spicy food. I can barely eat mild salsa! I cannot eat black pepper either!

Don't usually eat spicy stuff, but, around the moderate area for me.

Being Indian i like it very spicy. I only started liking spices about 2 years ago, but everyone in my family except my dad and me now like spices.
I would say that I eat much more spices and chillies then most people and can handle higher amounts. I'd also just like to say that "spicy" food from take-aways is moderately spicy at the most, its hardly ever really spicy. IMO, the best restaurant chain which does spicy food is Nandos, because their extra hot chicken with Nando sauce is amazingly nice.

i agree with you as far as fast food restaurants don't know the meaning of the word 'spicy'

i have a relative that loves his food so hot that usually he takes his shirt off and winds up sweating, all flushed, and its disgusting. the man could eat boiling tar i bet.
i myself like spice but not too much, just enough to give you a kick and a little burn afterwards but not a lingering one

I like spicy food. You know you've had a good curry when it leaves your arsehole looking like the Japanese flag.

My sister tells me that I overspice all of my food and I will not live to see my grandchildren with so much salt & sugar in my blood but I think I use spices very mildly.
