Suspect users: Napolean22 and Houlihan 22

Comments: not certain since game has just started, but suspicious because Houlihan22 seems to be "clearing the way" for Napolean22; may be same person or related, did not reply to my question in chat about whether they know each other. Start dates for these accounts are 1 day apart. Only one full turn has been taken in game 1135556, but they took the turn with about 30 seconds of each other; same goes for game 1135467 which is just between them, which Napolean22 won. Not accusing with any certainty, but just seems odd.
