I agree the Beatles are overrated, but they were very high rated in the first place. Knock a couple down in the rating column and they are still recognized as one of the best bands ever.

too many types of music to make one best band. you gotta seperate them into genres. this would be like heavy rock or heavy metal.

I have no bloody idea why they were so extremely popular back in the day.

This sort of pole needs to be divided up into different genres of bands in any case.

I can see why some would like some of their early work, but not much else. It all went down hill once they got into using drugs (at least when it was obvious).
