Maybe you could explain to the new players why you have some teams in the wrong conference (i.e. Boston College, Florida St.), and the two conferences together. I looked for it the archives, but did not see it.
Originally, this league was planned for about 120 teams with full conferences, but interest started to die out little more than half-way through, so we have a 70-team league...
Conferences that were mostly filled I kept in tact just minus a couple of the teams, while the leagues that didn't get much attention (ACC and Mountain West) I combined into one conference...
I believe the only full conference right now is the Pac-10.
Anyway, that's why you see some teams jumbled into odd places for you newcomers.
The season will work the same as the real season...covering a full league slate with conference tourneys at the end.
lol srry bout that boston college but i am here now and look to give you that loss so i can get to 4-3 i just hope the zebras dont blow it for me agian

If we can hand Boston College a loss...I think next week's top-10 may just be a list of the Pac-10 standings
Well with the game going into the last 30 secs SC seems to be giving many what they wanted in the upset of #1 BC. In the first rounds it was a back and forth brawl fest with SC finally getting the upper hand and never looking back. Very good game played by BC and if they had just made those few shots (dice) at the right moment they would of had the game.
Yes, K-State was going out of town over the weekend (to watch WSU-OSU football) and wanted to play an early Game 8, so I volunteered and got killed (I stink at the USA map)...Just when I thought I was moving up I get smacked back down to .500...looks like I've got myself a bubble team
Before the ACC expanded a few years back, the basketball conference tournament was nine teams, with the 8 and 9 seeds playing in what was often referred to as "The Clemson Invitational."
This year's Tiger squad appears to be heading toward that path.
Stanford plays a steady, patient style, wearing out the Cardinal's opponent before crushing it from all angles. The hapless Tigers, now losers of four straight, hope the incoming storm from the North Pole provides enough of a homecourt advantage to right the ship as league play begins...

Im protesting that game, those refs blew the calls on several different occaisions and gave a double technical to my best player. What was I to do???
