can somebody post in the threads what submissions where used? i had 47 banners submitted but i somehow feel they haven't all been used.

I just had an idea: why not make it so that when u use the banners as advertisements, link them to the creator's refferal page?

That way, depending on how good the winner's banner is, they can get more premium membership from other people who signed up by finding this site via his/her banners.

not really. it's supposed to advertise for CC and many people would be kinda upset to see they're linked to a referral

about 60 banners got loaded into our ad system over the weekend, we should start getting some results back soon...

We will keep you updated :)

i thought there were somewhere around 90 submissions. i may be mistaken though because i never counted them.

Some didn't "make the cut"
Some just either didn't fit with the CC theme or didn't quite meet Lack's stringent quality standards. We've got an image to think of ya know :)

i could have made a whole ad campaing on that theme.

They probably went under the "adwords" system, so the question is what keywords did they take. "Risk" is obviously one of them since cc appears as a sponsored link most of the time.

To see the ads you'd need to know a site which has google ads of those sizes and gets queries or usage of the keywords.

Google puts our ads on thousands (millions?) of sites every month. We have no way of figuring out when or where they will pop up at any given time.
If you do go searching and find one, take a screenshot for us :)

Actually you can and should specify which sites the ads appear on. I am sure lack has done this. Especially if its CPM.

Good thing I'm not in charge of ads then - I'd be crap at it apparently :)

I think we have some feedback, but not enough to declare a winner.

Give us some more time to get a more definitive answer on numbers.
