When will the XML be updated? Cause if its not soon then I suggest you change your map to have fewer guards.

The map is awesome, any major deviation would be less than awesome.

anyways, word on the street is that the next XML update will be on October 19th.

mibi, coleman....just so you know that we haven't forgotten you, but i did speak with Andy about FFing your map, and he indicated that he would prefer to wait until the xml situation is resolved. :)

Note: As mentioned in the XML threads, Lack is hoping to do an XML update soon, he just needs to get a lot of site wide performance fixing done first, plus maybe another site wide update.

He hasn't forgotten about you...infact he's itching to give you some more tools!

gah! ... tell us something we don;t know already.

site wide performance fix... then a side wide update? ... so are we looking at 3-6 months here, because thats the general pace of CC updates.

Should we considerably shorter. Lack is already well working on the site-wide performance, and he wants to get cracking on the next site wide update relatively soon.

Lack is working on making updates a lot faster now...he doesn't expect there to be long intervals as their use to be, as now he can focus more on the coding and building aspect of CC, while Twill focuses on the Community Management, and while the ModSquad and I focus on everything else. :)
