What is serial teammate killing?

It mentions in the unwritten rule section that this is not allowed but I don't understand what it means.

I'm pretty sure it's when you are playing doubles or triples and you kill your teammates for no reason.

Killing team mate for no reason and frequently (as in multiple games). There are also no rules against your avatar but I would be really happy if you changed it.

Whats the matter Coleman? You don't like when pit bulls get into fights with porcupines? I'll probably change it if I start posting a lot again. Until then just be glad I don't have a picture of the porcupine.
