Given the broad nature of the prophesies it would be fairly remarkable if in 2000 years of history one could not loosely link one or another event with them.
There are plenty of so called clairvoyants today fleecing the gullible on the back of a rudimentary knowledge of thought association, its pretty easy to be led where you want to go.
I doubt though that even the most incompetent of fraudsters would claim a link between the Boxing day Tsunami and the AntiChrist, most of the victims being Muslim or Budhist and therefore perhaps not the most obvious target.

The reason the moon is red is because the atmosphere of the earth, specifically the higher layers like the ozone layer, absorb the higher wavelengths, mainly violet, ultraviolet, etc. (if you've ever gone outside, you should know this). The atmosphere as you know does not cast a shadow on the moon. So when the earth gets between the moon and sun, as we know light bends to gravity, but since the violet does not get through the atmosphere and the red does, it gives the moon a red tint. You get all of that? Good.

How about I prove it. I've heard of a volcano erupted several hundreds of miles away. It destroyed a civilization and was somehow connected to the river. The blood of all of those people went down the river turning it into blood. This cannot be a coincidence if this valcano story is true..
