Are you trying to say we should be going +/- 7 instead of 5? How much have you had to drink?

No. Simply that if each turn you take x points from character a and give them to character b, the sum total of points shouldn't change. You have points inflation to the tune of 10% - somewhere people have added on more than they've taken off.

Oh, and in answer to the latter question: not nearly enough.

I would not make the corrections yet until all other mistakes are found... I'll look later when I have more time.
