, I don't know my pre WW2 pistols. And anyways artillery is way cooler.

Yes it is a Nagant, and no the Nagant is not a copy. The Nagant is very unique.
The Nagant uses a gas sealing system whereby a metal tube seals the gap between the cylinder and the barrel when the trigger is pulled, a very interesting characteristic for a revolver.
This causes the bullet to have more force behind it and makes the Nagant one of very few revolvers which can be equipped with a silencer. They price in the $150 to $300 dollar range.
