unvote I am not sure what is going on with the whole tonka/sullivan thing. I am sure that one or both of them are lying. I have raised several objections to that, all of which have been ignored. I do not agree with any strategy that got tonaked would agree with. At first I trusted edoc, but there is something here that doesn't sit well with me.

I don't believe anyone ignored you. I think we all stated that you believing freezie that he wasn't recruited was a premature basis for saying that sully was lying. Of course he would suggest he hadn't been recruited.

But here's the thing: just saying you have suspicions means nothing, especially coming from you. Why don't you actually disprove being cult instead of simply calling Victor a liar? Why are you asking us to put faith in you when your alignment is dubious? Why would Victor offer you up to prove his role if he knew that the chances of us calling his bluff were extremely high? Why would tonka LIE ABOUT BEING A CULT LEADER? There are too many questions here and you've given no answers.

And all of this is ignoring the fact that Bootstrap pretty much have to be in the game unless you think Falko is also lying (stating that rescuing Bootstrap is part of his win condition) and he made a perfect claim to fit the role and circumstances.

What we need to figure out is why is that got tonkaed wants mandy killed, and why he wants to be NKed.

Here are a few possibilities:
1) got tonkaed is on the list and wants to prove to edoc that he is helping him in an effort to get edoc to lie about the list... Victor randomly picked gt as a recruiter and gt realised that this was his chance
2) another possibility, which I stated before, is that gt is the recruiter but the cult have a doc on their side
3) VS is the recruiter and just needs 1 night to get another recruitment; the reason he is not pushing for mandy's lynch is that he is trying to set up a WIFOM argument proving that he is town

None of these options may be correct, but with 9 days left, we should continue to discuss before we lynch. It feels weird killing JACK SPARROW. I, like Victor want to at least give him a chance to give us his proper roleclaim. The fact that freezie is a denier just adds another level to this whole thing. The only one who seems to be on the 'party' line (if there is one) is nag, who was already busted and probably not willing to get too deep into a lie. I am still on board with the lynch of mandy if it comes out that it is the best thing for town to do. Remember, the numbers were run by a mafia traitor AND by the 'cult recruiter'.

Bootstrap does need to be in the game but Victor and gt may have planned a switcheroo for perfect victory.

Because you're relying about a falvour scene to call me up a cultist. How do you know Victor isn't offering a damn townie t o protect himself and tonka, and nearly worked? I said what I could.

makes absolutely no sense for a scum to fake claim being another scum...even if victor was lying Gt would probably be killed/lynched before it would be proven that victor was lying. Also randomly picking would be horrible move for victor to go on.

Evidence from last night would point to the doc still being on our side and victor states that cult lose their abilities once recruited.

You seem to like saying wifom. This would assume that gt is also cult but couldn't be bootstrap himself as he wouldn't let the cult recruiter kill him like that...or at least it seems far fetched to me. He most likely wasn't recruited as we know the night 2 recruit and all evidence points to freezie being the night 3 recruit.

Why would they perform a switcheroo...lose one cult member and when it turns out that victor was lying lose two? It wouldn't be clean at all and I doubt that gt as bootstrap would let victor in on some of his conditions for winning as this would just be the perfect excuse for victor to try to back stab him and get rid of someone who could potentially betray him later on.

Freezie the flavor scenes so far seem to have proven fairly accurate. Doomyoshi call up nag on something eerily similar to the flavor scene night 2 and Nag later admitted being cult. victor said cult tried to recruit mr. Squirrel Night 1 the scene agrees with that. Everything seems to be in line.

Idk, I see Mandy as more of an asset than edoc's list, tbh. Mandy, could you elaborate on your powers/capabilities?

Not if you want them to work. I am just hard to kill and my mission is also to kill Davey Jones, in order to achieve immortality. I believe that my success in this task will endgame both me and the Cult (meaning that all Cult Members will revert back to Townies).

Look, I'm just as suspicious as you all are about Davy Jones' wanting to kill Sparrow. Our roles were sent separate (which is why he never knew of my win condition), so it's certainly possible that he has a separate goal that I'm not aware of. All I know is that he can recruit, and I'm fairly certain he can't NK. I suspect that since Mandy wants Jones dead, GT wants Sparrow dead, but this is only suspicion and speculation.
