OH yeah. He was a locked cop - doc that would only happen if for cop, all cops died, and for doc, all docs died.

IN Fircoal stuff Charmanders are powerful, so I gave it this role. TO balence it I added in that it wouldn't be until it needed to, because usually Charmanders are thought of as weak.
