and from the distance the ground shook as an army of elder oaks approached with laser guides acorns echoing a challenge to the furry little squirrels, whom the oaks blame for the complete destruction of the chickens and turkeys, as well as for interrupting their afternoon TV programs with their constant running around on their branches (and more private areas...)

Your dog is a professional squirrel killer? Looks like we might have a 6 way war on our hands then, possibly even more. Good thing dogs are being eaten in some places in Asia.
