I'm trying to think of a president we've had recently that wouldn't win a sword fight.

Obama, Bush II, and Clinton would probably win. Clinton's a little heavy, so maybe not. I'm not sure about Bush I, he was older. Reagan may have had problems. Carter looked in shape. Ford would have buried him.
