L-1 can easily lead to an "Accidental lynch"

Actually in Gangster griftron, who was town, hammered another townie because he got impatient. So not all hammers are done by scum. It cost us valuable information as the townie ended up being the tracker.dazza2008 wrote:Yeah. I don't get why everyone worries so much about getting someone to L-1. Not exactly, if someone prematurely hammers it means that are being stupid, not necessarily that they are scum. They could be scum stupidly trying to kill of a townies, they could simply not be paying attention and not know they are hammer, they could simply be stupid and just want to hurry things along. There are several possibilities, not all of them actually mean that the person who hammered is scum. (Smart scum would think twice being prematurely hammering unless they are at LYLO.)dazza2008 wrote:If there is a hammer out of the blue it would most certainly be scum who did it so whats the worry?
Oh yeah I remember that. Its nearly always scum or just poor play though.soundman wrote:Actually in Gangster griftron, who was town, hammered another townie because he got impatient. For thinking we would miss that he is a double voter.
yes, but sg7 posted after him, so why was he assumed "it WAS close (as in SG7 is save) if sg7 didn't even show up to save himself in the first place?AndyDufresne wrote:I think Gilligan's 'that was close' was referring to the fact that ShieldGenerator was 1 vote away from a lynch.

i'll vote sg7 again since he never actually claimed or said anything construtive. he's basicly still scummarining.AndyDufresne wrote:Who is next for a prod by MOB Deadly? It looks like edocsil maybe. He's made 3 posts during the 'game stage' (after confirmations), but they were all on December 1st I think, the start of the event.

I thought the 'was,' was in reference to the fact that you and hippo 'unvoted', thus moving Shieldgenerator away from lynch some, and since he posted after your and hippo's unvote, hence the past tense.zimmah wrote:yes, but sg7 posted after him, so why was he assumed "it WAS close (as in SG7 is save) if sg7 didn't even show up to save himself in the first place?AndyDufresne wrote:I think Gilligan's 'that was close' was referring to the fact that ShieldGenerator was 1 vote away from a lynch.

i assume he's somehow masoned with sg7 (either 3rd party mason, town mason, or same mafia group) and sg7 talked with him before he posted in the topic or something.
I don't know how Mob does things, but normally mafia, and masons or anyone else you can talk, are only supposed to communicate during the night phase...zimmah wrote:I assume he's somehow masoned with sg7 (either 3rd party mason, town mason, or same mafia group) and sg7 talked with him before he posted in the topic or something.

I think this is a rule for all games. Myself and shield have had no contact in the past, I don't know how long...spiesr wrote:I don't know how Mob does things, but normally mafia, and masons or anyone else you can talk, are only supposed to communicate during the night phase...zimmah wrote:I assume he's somehow masoned with sg7 (either 3rd party mason, town mason, or same mafia group) and sg7 talked with him before he posted in the topic or something.

I agree. We need a claim or a replacement. Unvote So no one hammers him cause they were impatient.Victor Sullivan wrote:Hm, it's a day later, but it's not hammer-time. Sorry, MC... What? We can't just hammer him without a claim!
