i dont think that there would be a second vigilante, and if they are linked, isnt it usually a power role and a mafia? Did we loose our cop???

I don't follow your logic. Your 'right off the bat' vote was, to all appearences, simply a Day 1 random vote. I don't see where scummyness enters into it.
