All first round matches have been set up and players should have received a PM with game #'s for your 3 games and the password which is the same for your 3 games.

You are free to start at any time.

If you haven't joined your game by noon (US mountain time) on Wednesday or within 72 hours then you will be replaced by a reserve. For the 4 non-premium players you must have 3 open spots by this time.

Reserves will be added in the order that they signed up and will be given a random game that needs a replacement.

No reserves will be used after round 1 so someone might advance by default in later rounds of the tournament.

Sorry if this slows up some of the matches but I want to make sure we have plenty of reserves and given some people signed up nearly a week ago for the tournament I thought this was the most fair way to make sure nobody was dropped. Everyone knew going in that this tournament would take a while to play with 7 rounds of multiple games.

If you know anyone that would still like to join please have them contact me or post here and I'll add them to the reserves list.

Still trying to figure out how to make it look better. I have it in an excel file but can't make it look nice on the message board.

There is one game listed as OPEN now because there has been one confirmed drop out. There will likely be more and all of those will be updated from the reserve list Wed. afternoon unless we get all of them resolved prior to then. There are several games where the game hasn't started and I'm trying to find out if we need a replacement.

For bracket tournaments, I recommend using www.bracketmaker.com Its relatively easy to use although I did screw it up once or twice but for a single elimination tourney it runs well.
