Is it true that the laser is just for show, and doesn't actually activate the sensors on the vest.

ya another thing that made it gay was that there were a lot of cheaters. Some people, if they spotted you, instead of ducking/finding cover and trying to shoot you, they run up to you as fast as they can, cover up their vests, and when they get to you, they grab your gun by the end and try to shoot you close range right in the middle of the vest.

then after he got me I ran away to find an area where he might go, and the bastard kept following me! I wanted to punch him so hard and maybe whack him with my gun (melee button?) or at least tell him to f*ck off, but unfortunately all those things were forbidden...

Yea, it sucks to play with people who cheat. Sorry about that...Instead of cheating, I'd just kick your ass legitimately...lol.
