As the day dawned, the remaining townspeople (and I use this term very loosely because most of them look nothing like people and given the few people left, hardly constitute a "town) reconvened and looked at their suspects.

It was clear that one of them was lying. It was impossible for two people to be the same person, so everyone had to decide.

One person pointed the accusing finger at the other.

"You're the one who's responsible for keeping me from doing my job!" he cried.

"But, but, I'm innocent, you're the one who's lying" sputtered the other man.

He continued to defend his innocence with a long speech and tirade. He was so focused on his defense that he didn't notice that three people had hauled him off his soapbox and dragged him to the gallows. Before he could finish his defense, they had pulled the lever on him.

Mob Deadly, Barrel, Mafia Roleblocker has been lynched!

It is now Night 6! 48 hours to send in night actions.

With so many evildoers gone, the remaining townspeople went to sleep confident that the nightmare (no pun intended) was going to be over soon.

Knowing that the end was near, a little creature snuck out at night and made a beeline for the nearest house. He figured he might as well go down fighting.

As he neared the house however, a white blur whisked his target away and deposited a rotund ball in its place. Figuring that one was as good as the another, the little creature pulled out a pin and promptly deflated his new victim.

I didn't want to reveal my character because I was the Harlequin Demon. I didn't need people getting all WIFOMy because I had demon in my name and lynching me for no real good reason.

So happy to help pull the town back to winning when we were on the edge of a cliff!!

That was qyick. Way to pull it out town. From what I've seen I think trini deserves MVP but he doesn't need the premium.. GG town.

Alright guys, time to decide who's going to be the MVP of the game. I also have a few personal mod notes.


Personally, I though town was screwed after they outed both their cop and their doc so early. I knew town was a bit short on the power roles, so I only gave mafia nameclaims. They had to make their roles up themselves (which as it turned out was a pretty big equalizing factor).

I thought that some of the early cases about quote manipulation and color were silly, but they were early. The fake bomb claim by Rodion was definitely controversial and I personally wouldn't have done it, but I suppose that's his playstyle. However, I will take this game into consideration when he claims in the future, so not to say that this was a one and done event.

I thought mafia had the game won until MoB counterclaimed trini. On one hand, I understand mafia wanting to remove possible town interference in their night kills, on the other hand, the risk/reward was not worth it to me. I thought that all of the mafia members had pretty successfully flown under the radar of suspicion and MoB outing himself like that basically was a high risk move when I thought mafia were a few successful nightkills away from the win. What's more baffling is that the rest of the mafia members basically came to MoB defense or MoB tried to clear the rest of the mafia members. Up until that point, I saw no real concrete suspicion on any of the rest of the mafia members, so they probably could have let MoB take the heat and still kept their cover.

Seeing as how things unraveled pretty quickly after that, I can understand why PCM was probably frustrated as his mafia goons had painted him into a corner. I suppose he could have claimed Third Party Survivor, but it probably wouldn't have helped.

I think MVP should go to trini. Busdriving the doctor INTO the kill was just terrible luck, and it takes a good amount of moxie to bring it back after that. His lists of probable scum were pretty good. Rodion v. 2.0 could also be considered for MVP, although he wasn't alive very long.
