[*]Accept the inevitable no lynch.
[*]Carry on as we have.
[*]Pick out the person who has been most useless so far and they to lynch them to cull dead weight.

Option One: NO
Option Two: It's growing on me
Option Three: Will lead to Option Two
Option Four: I take it you mean the inactive as to be quite honest most of the posts in here have been fluff (it is D1)

well since no survivors is going to be absent, would it be in our interest to bandwagon on someone and lynch him, then that person can always replace no survivors?

Isn't it a bad idea for someone who was already in the game to replace another player? It might work if you have communicating players like mafia, but otherwise, it's not fair.

I don't like the idea of bandwagoning, it's pretty much going to be a mislynch and easily steerable by scum. We may also lynch a useful PR.
I'd prefer we not actively take the No Lynch option, unless it's NL by deadline rather than by vote.
Lynching an inactive is the most palatable option at this point, though I don't think there's anyone that really stands out as being inactive. Perhaps Chuck?

^I'd rather go with replace the inactive than to lynch them. Overall, the inactive at this point is probably town over mafia, and so the chances of actually hitting Scum is low. But I haven't seen chuck in awhile either so, If we decide to take this route then he would be the inactive.

Just a note: On future days, a lynch of the player with the most votes will proceed. That won't happen today, because I told you this 48 hours before the deadline.

Also just realised that Little Witt hasn't posted ever since he was forced to defend himself for inactivity. Hopefully he isn't stuck without internet again?

Ok. So we are approaching the deadline for D1 and still no consensus. I agree with rishaed and find it better to replace an inactive that straight up lynch them. However, if everyone else definitely wants a D1 lynch, then I would support throwing in an inactive, if that should be the case.

I hardly think I am among the most inactive players every game though I admit that the last couple of RL days have prevented me from devoting an appropriate amount of time to mafia games.

Did a quick re-read and this popped out at me:

Little Witt wrote:spiesr's post sounds a bit not scummy, but instead a player who wants to find out who he is giving his gifts to. I think that possible slip might mean spiesr is a gifter. that is my thoughts on his post.

If there is a chance spiesr is a gifter why would you point it out?? unvote vote little witt

Didn't I say I was grounded? or was that the other mafia game? But anyway, I am dealing with myself grounded from almost everything for a week, and am only allowed on for 30 minutes. And today I didn't get on and almost missed turns because some of my family was in a minor car crash that took forever to get sorted out and they were home until just now. so that is why I haven't been on much.

^That was in mine. It would help confusion for everyone if next time you posted it in the vacation thread.

Just so you don't have to check, I went back and found the deadline.

"With 16 alive it takes 9 to lynch. Deadline will be 10 days from today (Jan 21) at 11:59 PM ET."

If that's the case, why bother voting no lynch?

Indeed, the only possible effect that I can see from doing so is reducing the likelihood of any last minute rallies reaching a lynch. Now, this in itself could be a valid reason for doing so if one is doesn't like the idea of such a thing happening, but if that is the case you should just come out and say as much.

It's still a vote, and it still garners information. He is saying his opinion and sticking to it, rather than just waiting for deadline.

I would have been willing to lay into Witt, but it's obvious that won't go anywhere now. I'll unvote vote NL as well.

That is the result, I would like to see based on the present circumstances, isn't that the purpose of a vote?

That is fine. It is just that your initial post said "this is what will happen" which doesn't really give a reason for your vote. Now you are saying "this is what I want to happen" which is a reason.

Without any clear targets I will unvote vote NL as well. Hopefully we pick up something in the night. D1 was productive in my opinion, even without a lynch.

Vote Count

Betiko - 2 (Mets, thechuck)
Mob - 2 (Kanin, NoS)
sound - 1 (spiesr)
Little Witt - 1 (chuck)
No Lynch - 3 (jonty, edoc, rish)

With 16 alive it takes 9 to lynch. Deadline has been reached. I'll have a scene for you in the morning. In the meantime, you can start sending actions (sent to both blake and myself is preferable). Also, you can continue to talk if you wish until I post the scene.

Excuse me? Just because I don't post a bunch of fluff doesn't mean I'm inactive. And if you wanted to know why I haven't said anything in the last few days then you can check the vacation thread.
