I agree with Semp completely, and Wicked, the problem is not with people getting busted without proof, it's the frivolous accusations that seem to abound by people like LetGodSortThem. Whining little twits who hate losing. I'm being accused right now because i played in the same game as my nephew, although the game went 17 rounds at the end with my nephew Paulus, myself and the accuser. Any halfwit can see by the game log that there was no collusion whatsoever between us, but evidently that hasn't been checked yet. I see no problem with the site administration, and i don't think Semp does either. It's simply a matter of frivolous accusations by the whiners.

No you didn't make the initial accusation, your significant other did. You took it upon yourself to continue the accusation, although you never looked at the game. Forgive me for saying so, but that's pretty gay.

poor sempy ..all hes asking here is that people dont just wildly accuse people without doing at least a little research...not a lot to ask...some of the accusations that get posted are ridiculous, and everyone knows that...so asking for just a little restraint isnt too much to ask...reporting every unprotected border in every game will not do anything but annoy every player in the game

i myself have only posted 2 accusations...matt yung and loco1...both turned out to have multi multis...and i have obviously suspected others, but have always done the research to see if they had multiple games

Now in the case of aussi, research would have revealed many games together, and would have been worth a check anyways....now im not saying they were cheating at all, just that it was worthy of the original check....the people who are accusing them of cheating in doubles are just silly at this point ...but in singles...if they play suspiciously or not, they will be accused again...and theres just no getting around it...the same way i will be if i play a bunch of standard games with semp or anyone else repeatedly ill be accused eventually if my play is suspect or even if it isnt

its just too much to ask that every single person believe i can be unbiased when playing with the same person over and over if i favor them in most or many of the games, or vice versa

Believe it or not Semp, some multis are stupid enough to use similiar names, like Semp1, Semp2, etc.. or just plan stupid names, like "IhackConquerClub". So yes, sometimes names are suspicion enough.

aafitz, fitzchivalry, fitz69 and fitz...damn....actually id like to partner with them to get their scores up ...theyre killing the name, but fitz69 makes a good map

I play with my friends all the time, but with them its more of me fighting him and ignoring the others in the game, cause we just cant let eachother win, so its kinda like the opposite of a multi

I agree with the notion of what you are saying Semp, and I know why you feel so strongly about this situation.

Most of the names that are similar and turn out to be multis are all created at the same time. Heck, just the other day two guys be the names of Napoleon1 and Napoleon 1 were busted. I had to read it 3 times to even see the difference in their names!

But are similar names alone enough to accuse someone? No I don't think so. However if you look and see that those very similar names were created within a day or two of each other and they play from the same country, then I think that might be enough. Or they have very similar names and a bunch of games together? Yeah I think thats enough.

I would rather have the people that are suspicious of multis report them and find out the truth, because it can bring some peace of mind to the game and catch some cheaters as well. I know that can be a bit damaging to your reputation (being accused a lot I mean) but I don't see how it can ever be prevented. If people don't fill out an official form they will probably make accusations in the game chat which is even worse because you won't ever get a response about that.
