yep, on the face of it it looks like a reasonable score but it's really not that flattering is it.

Take into consideration that I play ALL and mostly in singles games and not just the "elite" on CC. My risk vs gain ratio is extremely one sided, but ask me if I care.

Now I have more points than games, so now what?

like many, if Fp wanted to just gain points, hed just go after points,

but he just likes to play as do many, and he knows how to play

the games you join have almost as much bearing on your score as how good you are....

I haven't come close to winning after a few weeks of playing. I feel like giving up. Is it just a matter of time and practice? I try really hard, and I try to learn from the people I play with. How long does it take for the average player just starting out?

When I first joined CC, Ithought i would win immediatley, because I am really good at Risk, but the rules here are so radically different than Risk, that for the first 10 games or so I had my ass handed to me a few times, before I got used to it. Now i win about 3 out of four games, though that's becuase I play mostly Doubles. Your winning percentage will be higher in Doubles games.
