Welcome co-co! Ladies and gentleman, co-co is the 2010 World Cup of Risk Champion!! Woot!!!

I wish I could grant you a bye, but then we'd have a...9-player Final which does not really work.
And besides, if we're talking about the men's FIFA World Cup, then I think Italy was the last team to qualify as previous World Cup winners, in 2002 I believe. After that FIFA abolished that clause, with only the host qualifying. And that would break the CC rule that the tournament winner must win 3 games.

I've added you to Egypt: Lower! Though everyone will have their work cut out for them, players in the African League, and all players, watch out!
