Anyone playing in this tourney must sign up in this thread, including "featured players". There must be confirmation that they are in.
Just to be clear, Gen.LeeGettinhed will not be eligible to play in this tourney, as he is not a Sergeant.
There will also need to be a list of players who are participating in this tournament in the first post.

---you might want to clarify HOW TO that I printed, read and am using. I'm thru #4 and created this thread. I thought it said "keep list -- some will be PM, some thread responses" but good idea to have ALL in thread responses. First come first served based on any communication: PM emails, Live Chat PM, Walls, etc.

I usually keep track on an excel spreadsheet and the copy and paste it in the first post. I have never heard of the confirmation that players had to post in the thread to make them officially in the tourney. Many organizers have added players to a list without those players posting in the thread. I thought the rule was up to fifty percent but things may have changed--I would not mind if Serbia clarified why they have to post in the thread

Not trying to cause trouble just wishing to find out since I have added players without them posting in the thread when they wall or pm me or when I have an over flow from another tourney and many others do as well
