i can't help but think it is people like eddie with his constant attacks and negativity that is driving players from this site more than any other factor.
what does eddie have to do for a permaban? he makes our time here less enjoyable.
Seems a little hyperbolic, few venture into C&A forums, and I suspect fewer, if any are driven away from the site because of complaints, still fewer because of a single poster.

Agreed you don't just join this site and jump into the forum unless your a multi. But I think there are big problems here. I do think KA is a honest guy and will get the last say here I hope.

morff and Evil are in the same clan. Evil is a very new addition. morff and Evil have never played a game yet. They are not buddies. Evil didn't even realize he was a clan mate - otherwise per C&A rules a non affiliated mod would have been given the case.
This is NOT a case of being "easy on your buddy". As a matter of fact Evil did the majority of the multi checks for KOA. (We have everyone checked before admission). Evil does not play favs.
So how about you get your facts straight before you vomit your opinion - or better yet don't post at all.

I think that is why Eddie has asked that you or someone else step in and review the case if he proceeds with the complaint of bigotry.
It seems ES looked into it without knowing that it was a fellow clan mate. Easy to overlook KOA has a good sized roster and ES has been there less than 2 weeks.
And now that I looked at eddies complaint again he has specified the bigotry already.

Was that the harshest punishment you could have given for bigotry? If not, then I don't see your point. You could have still been going easy.
If that was the strictest punishment, of course, the problem cuts in the other direction. Did you feel you had to be strict in the case of your "clan mate"?

I followed our ladder for punishment. It was his first Major Infraction, which results in a Warning.

Not really, and apologies for forcing you to you use a smilie. Going easy on someone doesn't mean no punishment or sweeping under the rug. It generally means a lesser punishment.
The poster was fair to ask if clan affiliation meant going easy, TFO was wrong to dismiss the question with issuing a warning. You were wrong to suggest that any of the above involved something being "swept under the rug".

I am re-opening the other case and will close this one.
Eddie2, you only need to ask if a case needs to be re-opened instead of making another C&A report to call attention for yourself again. Has ES abused his c&a powers in the past? I mean, really now. Last time, you even reported Andy for farming. Please stop with these kind of reports. If you make another one like this again, I will count it as a spurious report and as another infraction for your profile. Stop pushing it and do watch it.
To all our lovable trolls, please keep your baiting and trolling in check. If you really have nothing to say relevant, and that includes your continued conspiracy theory conclusions or one sided comments to attack the mods, please keep them out of the C&A forum. The C&A moderators, especially Evil Semp, are doing their duties as fair and objective more than anyone else.
