Will you accept changes to team mates if someone becomes unavailable?

Sure.

If it happens before the tournament actually starts, then I'll accept changes indefinitely, as long as the team average stays above 2000. If it happens after the tournament starts, that's still allowed, but only up to two times, as per the OP.

I posted before I saw your edit. Glad it's clarified.

I have catnipdreams who will join our quad. Have proposed to John Deere that we form a TOFU/PACK alliance for this tourney (pretty cute given we're fighting an epic challenge right now) and if John can find another clan mate to join then you have our quad. And if John doesn't find another Packman to join then I'm very happy to bring Gilly in as the 4th man.

Average team score = ample (will post actual stat once all team members are known)

Can you ask teams to honour the 12-hour fog rule, otherwise I predict a lot of messing about trying to be the last player to join.

I always mean to add that rule to my tournaments, but for some reason I never remember.

I will send a PM asking people to honor it, but since I didn't state up front that it would be in effect, it wouldn't be fair for me to enforce it, unless of course everybody agrees to it.

Edit: Eh, screw it. I'm exercising my right as TO to make a rule change to the tournament. This first round will be a grace period though, since I didn't have it listed as a rule when everybody signed up. After that, the rule will be in full effect. More information can be found in the OP.
