The Arabic language written in the Quran is extremely difficult, I can't even begin to explain the technicalities, but trust me that it's logical that there is not one sound translation of it. So it's open to interpretation by the reader, like any book is. Like the Bible is open to interpretation as well, you know.

On another note: Claiming someone is not a real Muslim has just as much merit as claiming Genesis 5 has any meaning in the world of 2016.
