Regular tournaments (clan or individuals).
In case you know or can do something about that kind of lists

Clan tournaments are announced and generally clan leaders are contacted (or CDF rep) to alert them.

Individual tournaments not clan related I can't really comment on, if we ever do anything here it's usually in the platoon report as well.
