I Remember when I spent most of my forum time in the Map Foundry trying to get everyone to stop making new maps.

I've sort of given up on requesting No more new Maps

But I still go there from time to time to pour scorn on most of the real shit maps. (but most of them still get made :x - except the two best maps ever proposed; mud hut risk & Arkensaw map)

I remember when I joined... people talking about the old days and what it used to be like... and then discovering that some of them had only joined a month or so before me  and that the whole site only started this year!
Amazing how quick things move on t'internet.
The size & activity of the community here is a tribute to Lack, the mods (Lackies?) & the mojority of the users, especially given the aforementioned speed with which we have gathered together.

I remember the alliance, and their racism. I remember how wicked could never quite get a sig to top zaw's, and when johnny's avatar was actually of johnnyrotten.

I remember playing with Troy before the public release of his script and him bragging about knowing how many cards we all had.

Saw this thread as I was lurking by and thought I would post. Maybe I'll even start a couple of games for old times sake.

Well, no one remembers the grievance bonanza?

I haven't got a clue what you're on about.

Come on Zaw it was your best damn thread ever. Dare I say the best thread ever on this board - especially since the stache morons arrived.

How have you forgotten - it wasn't that long ago that the grievance shite was introduced

MEANWHILE, the World of Grieve pushes forward into the future! Radical Grievers push the envelope of grieve into contraversial new paradigms!

Game 22334... three men... kayzer2, ubermonkey, itfcmn. ubermonkey victorious! kayzer2 furious! But is he furious at himself, disgusted at his own failings? Not this MAD REBEL!! HE GRIEVES!!

I tried my best against ubermonkey, but it wasn't enough. I just hope not to play against him again, because he doesn't understand about the game... I mean, 50 games completed, still private... Do i have to say more?!?

He opens my eyes! All those fools who refused to hand the game straight to me, and struggled against my efforts until SOMEONE ELSE WON! This commentator itches to grieve them for their stupidity! Thank you, kayzer2! Onwards! Damn the establishment!

The World of Grieve is never ending! Who will next win... GRIEVANCES BONANZA!!

I'm still smiling at it. Good spot Marv
