not at all, and if you feel that that is what I am saying, then you must be illiterate. Tisha said in the Live Chat which got me banished for the fourth time that what James Vazquez said to me was NOT a flame because it was a question. In that case, my comment to her which was caused me to get my first two banishments was not a flame as it was presented in question form.

It is a logical assessment to be made based on Tishas comment

given the late hour.. does anyone else get the feeling max is posting on a laptop hiding under his blanket so his mom doesn't catch him? wow.. give it a rest... you said a very deplorable and disgusting thing to a woman, and you should have been banned. one day, when you are older, and understand women a bit more (nobody truly understands a woman, not even other women), you will understand how truly disgusting what you said, was. go ask your mom if your ban was fair, and i bet she slaps the taste out of your mouth.-0

in order to comment adequately to what you said, it would involve making comments which will be considered flames. As a result, I will leave it as this: whether or not the first banishment was fair, the third and fourth were not. They were made out of a moderators dislike towards me due to previous actions. There was no justification or rationale for me to be banned and James should keep his work and biases separate, or should be removed from his position as mod. He abused his power and should not be allowed to stay and do harm to others when he is clearly unfit for his position.

gcwca_4_life flames me everytime i go into live chat but he never receives blocks because the mods like him

same goes for a couple of others

oh and btw, i used to see max in live chat a lot but i never saw him flame anyone unless he was provoked

And dude, max, in the neighborhood where I live, if you said that in a public setting (let's pretend it was IRL, not in a chat room), you'd almost certainly get beaten to a bloody pulp.

Max, everyone who frequents Live Chat knows that you instigate fights there as often as possible. Your flames had gotten ridiculous and your trolling was just annoying. And then you go and complain because James calls you a name that you let wicked call you every day, but suddenly you're all broken-hearted over it?

You got chat banned for a reason. You know perfectly well what you do and this thread is your useless attempt to slanders people's names.

No one will miss you being around in Live Chat, and if you are upset that you keep getting chat banned, then here's a crazy thought: stop flaming, stop spamming, stop causing problems.

The things you say to the females are unacceptable, and the fights you instigate and the flames you insinuate are just not suitable for Live Chat. The place is much more peaceful without you, so please learn your lesson and if/when you come back, please try to be more civil.

Furthermore, it was certainly not adequate justification for banning me the last two times.

Yet James never took any action against anyone other than myself. The day after the fourth banishment, after I sent in 5 E-tickets, he warned soka about flaming me and even though the flames continued, he didnt take any action.

I never instigate the disagreements, when someone speaks out of complete ignorance and makes a statement which they then refuse to justify, it is them that are starting issue. People such as yourself and Tisha like to pass judgment on how I will act when I enter live chat and make that clear from the moment I arrive; I just make sure to live up to your expectations. The only reason you are ever in Live Chat anyway, Insomnia, is because you like to exert your imaginary power over people and tell them to stop flaming or spamming. You pretend you are a mod when you are not and never contribute anything to chat. That is why I dont have respect for what you say and that is why you dont like my presence in live chat. I am sure if you read the rest of the thread, instead of just the last post, you would already know the answer, she tried to start conflict with me in Live Chat and I told her off as a result. While this may come across as a flame (when it is not my intention,) Tisha is one of Scott's "special friends" and doesnt like that I publicly acknowledge Scott as the cheat he is. James objected to the way I spoke about Tisha and even though I only made those comments for the first two bans, he tried to find any illogical excuse to ban me again and again after that. My bans were not a result of me flaming, they were a result of me flaming Tisha and that should have no effect, and even though I never flamed her the last two times, he continued to ban me because of James' opinion about me and not because of what I did that day in chat.

I typed 4 lines- which takes about 10 seconds. Mind you, I was hard- pressed not to write an 10 paragraph essay in which I "counter" any argument brought forth by a couple of well respected people, just in order to appear like a moron.

coming from the person the person who has to flame the person whom he openly calls a child in order to make himself feel superior. Why dont you read the Forum Guidlines like a big boy instead of acting like an envious little baby who is jealous that a person who is a third his age has a score 30% higher than his own.

Your failure to write anything of substance in any of the threads you comment in shows, not only your inability to write persuasively, but that you are too weak minded to make a comment in a civil manner. If you going to attempt to tell of a child, you should at least to it properly, otherwise youre just sad.

That is your fifth time repeating comment and instead of addressing my prior posts, you are dwelling over an irrelevant piece of information which should have no relevancy over why I was banished for James' decision to flame me and towards why James is a biased mod. That statement was the cause of my first banishment and my following up with that statement was the cause of the second banishment as well. However, there was no reason for James to continually ban me, other than because of his bias, following that point since I didnt say anything that can be considered a flame.
