I interpret that as dakky saying he's playing to win. He'll make it interesting but not at the expense of winning. Therefore as long as town stays ahead, he's town.

I'm a little worried about what Tim said about him though. Clearly it was Tim's dying words of frustration, but if he intended to drag someone's name in the mud, there were a few names that would have done the trick much better as they are way more suspicious. It doesn't sound like something a townie would do. So either he's scum and so is dakky, or he's protecting his fellow scum by naming a 3rd party to distract us.
