Agonzos wins Game #6 and stays at #1.
Agreed, Game 3652316 was great one, can't wait for rematch! My guys just got tired in the end and Agonzos turned it around and won it.

standings and newsletter updated late Thursday night...I'm back
I'll try to start posting the upcoming Game set schedule, so that people can practice on their next game map if they'd like...just trying to get organized to that point.

The scrappy Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets earned their fifth victory in a back & forth contest (Game 3652252) with 'Bama which went into triple-OT (16 rounds on Doodle). Coach MudPuppy laughed when questioned about his team's unimpressive play early in the season, including a loss to the lowly Creighton Bluejays (no offense, Amazzony ). "We're just trying out a few new schemes against these unranked teams.... It'll be all business on the court once conference play begins."
No. 20 Montana exacted its revenge over Fresno State, taking Part Two of the home-and-home series in six rounds. The Grizzlies (4-2) led wire-to-wire at the Save Mart Center in Fresno, destroying the Bulldogs' press. Fresno State (3-3) is undefeated on the road and winless at home.
usc trounces Seton Hall who has yet to strike a mark in the win column, but Las Vegas insiders who could not cover the spread on this game actually gave the game to Seton Hall. League officals are looking into the matter and have opened a wide investigation, meanwhile the USC Trojans are poised to win one more time and find themselves in the Auto Part tournament final
Temple coach Plash Ricrem sits at the podium with an unidentified flask in plain sight, by the microphone. He has a forlorn and dejected look on his face, following Temple's 5th straight loss to drop their record to 1-5. He takes a deep breath before addressing the assembled media:
"I don't know what to tell you guys. I just feel like it's groundhog day. I thought we prepared pretty well. Their style of play had some twists we generally don't see too often (no cards and fog on a tiny map) but I thought we had adjusted well enough in game. I thought this was going to be a low scoring defensive affair and it looked like it was going that way. We tried to push it to a more uptempo style, to break the press (neutral territories) but the open shots (8-3 to conquer a continent, losing the first 4 dice) just weren't falling. I called a time out, shifted back into the 2-3 zone I thought had been working pretty well and they just blasted through it going on that impressive run (essentially crushed all my territories in a cumulative 12 v. 14 tilt). It gets frustrating, but we'll just have to regroup this weekend and hope we can pull out the W on Monday."
For all of you who want a quick peak at what's ahead...the Game 7 set is listed under the standings along with an updated team list...I will try to post the upcoming set in this spot the rest of the way to give those who want it a chance to practice their upcoming map.
But coaches...don't push your players too hard in practice...they are students, too...you know
The team list should be updated to reflect a couple lost teams and any changes with reserves.
***The games listed are not built yet, they will be sent via pm when the games are ready to play.

Sheer hilarity! You've definitely missed your calling as a sports columnist.
The San Francisco team cannot seem to live up to the standards that were set for them at the beginning of the season. When asked what was wrong, one member of the team could give no further explaination than, "I dunno, the ball just isn't bouncing right. It's like it has a mind of its own, or sumthin."
Officials examined the ball after this comment was made, but found that there was indeed nothing wrong with it. Fans can only cross their fingers that the team will win back the favor of the ball and make up for this miserable start by performing extraordinarily well in the highly anticipated league games to come.
The Aggies turned on the heat in the final of the South Padre tournament. Before the game, coach Mark Turgeon gave a conservative interview, stating that "if we play ball like we can play ball, then we should win the ball game." Star forward Josh Carter was more brash, emphatically saying "they got nothing on us. It ain't even going to be close."
The Aggies came out of the gate firing on all cylinders, taking an early lead and never relinquishing the pressure. A boost from the bench in the late third quarter by Dominique Kirk sealed the deal, putting up season best numbers to take a dominant 20 point lead to the break. The fourth quarter wasn't even relevant, as Texas A&M simply played conservatively and secured the win.
News and standings have been updated...Game 7 set has gone out on pms...look for Conference Previews beginning this week...Big East play starts Thursday

The #11 Red Raiders of TT improve to 5-0 with another convincing home win over New Mexico in 7 rounds. Game 3632632. Still waiting for Nevada to join game 6.... (Could use another tune-up before first game against a top 5!)
