If you investigate, like you implementing new ideas and sugestions, then CC will going to be in serious troubles.AndyDufresne wrote:We are aware of decline in membership, or specifically, it is actually a decline in new sign-ups according to the data. I think you should take into consideration the increase in complaints. 3 years ago there was much less complaining going on in the forum. The complaints have increased which indicates that something needs to be changed to please the regular visitors. It's not just less new sign ups that is the issue, if for nothing else new players will be less interested in becoming involved with a site where a lot of users complain. Sometimes statistics will not tell you the whole story. Even though I expect both you and lack have a pretty good understanding of what regular users are complaining about, I think a public discussion with it's own designated thread would be a great idea! Even if nothing new would come from it from your standpoint it would still make us feel more part of the decision making process. Thus increasing the morale. So many players have their own ideas for what should be made to better the site. The suggestion forum isn't working very well so I think efforts made to make us feel listened to is a step in the right direction.AndyDufresne wrote:We are aware of decline in membership, or specifically, it is actually a decline in new sign-ups according to the data.
