Clara - I did not eat the cookies.
Dennis - Bertie is lying when she says I ate the cookies.

If the first one is true => Bertie ate them, Dennis didn't, Clara did => error
If the second one is true => Dennis ate them, Bertie didn't, Clara did => error
If the third one is true => Clara ate them, Bertie didn't, Dennis didn't, Bertie is lying => Dennis ate them => error

=> Dennis tells the truth => Dennis didn't , Bertie didn't, Clara did

The answer is: Clara

As far as the actual movie goes, the rabbit scene and the song of robin's minstrels are tied for my favorite. I'll probably update this when I get to see the movie again.
