I agree, do not use your night kill on Doom unless you have real evidence. You only have 1 kill so with a game this size, the better choice is definitely wait until we get some evidence.

i agree, besides if you tell in advance someone will protect him and you'll just waste your nightkill.

unvote, sometimes this game moves too fast - can't understand why you didn't just do a proper explanation and leave the tell till later - never mind.

I believe you are fishing. not even 1/2 the players in this game have voted for me. I am at L-4, not close enough to claim for me.

It doesn't matter. If day ends and you have 9 votes you're still lynched.

That's not true. If the day ends without a majority vote, there is no lynch. Rodion stated this at least once.

If half the players vote for you, you'd be dead! Had that crossed your mind?

Also, if he wasn't sure what a JOAT was, he should look it up, ask the mod, or pay attention to other games that he is in that have JOATs. I know that he is in more games. JOAT=Jack of all Trades.

I will unvote for now, but I'm gonna need some proof.

Unvote.

Errr... Why don't you investigate him instead? Or investigate someone else? Killing him now like that would not help town one bit. Use investigation first from all of the powers you have - there may be much better targets to kill later. Furthermore, investigation would hurt the most should you die.

Pleas explain again why you're so sure about DoomYoshi. Using your NK on a hunch or vendetta is generally a bad idea.

I have made my case against doom very clear. plus he still has not answered my question to him about VIO. If he wants to point at me and say I am scummy for not answering his questions, then he is scummy for not answering mine.

You never actually asked a question about Vio. You just lied for no reason in response to my question.

why would she get a free pass from you when she was here and active? I fully believe that you have a vendetta against me like you are a lyncher or something.

not true, take a majority, which is more than half. if there are 10 players it takes 6 to lynch, not 5.

unless he is scum, which I believe he is. I have already agreed not to kill him. I believe that if someone investigates him, he will turn up scum. I just don't want to have to waste my one investigation on him, but I will if necessary.

Adding a question mark at the end of an accusation and lie doesn't make it a question. I was asking what others thought about skipping her, not giving her a free pass.

You are mistaken, I don't have a vendetta against you. Just because I present a case against you does not mean it is personal. Note that you are not the only person who criticized the roll call. Yet you are the only person I made a case against because your reasons were the worst. You are the he who took it personally and lowered the quality of arguments.

you still did not answer. why would you make a list that is supposed to force activity, then when someone is not present, you let, or suggest, they should be skipped and move on. Answer please.

OK, this sucks that there's about 7 pages of new posts that I have to read. I have no idea what the best way to do this is, so I will be quoting and asking questions as I catch up rather than putting together one insanely long post (which the above was turning into). I'm sorry if I post something that gets answered in my subsequent reading. This will also make it easier for people to quote individual thoughts/questions of mine and respond.

OK, finished reading. Still have the first questions above. Figured out that the person beside your name in the vote list is who voted for you, not who you voted for. I'm pretty sure of that anyway. Looks like L-9 means "lynch minus 9" or that there's 9 more votes needed to lynch.

I believe Wild's claim. I'm pretty sure I know of one other person that isn't mafia. But have no idea who is mafia. With only 1 vote for me, I'll probably just sit back and sail through to the next round with no vote.

Later all. I'll be traveling some more over the next week or so. Really dreading having to come back to 7 more pages of reading when I get back. But oh well. I guess that's what I signed up for.

There are some fundamental problems with that post that I'm not even really sure how to address..."I'll probably sit back and sail through to the next round with no vote." I know it's probably not how you meant to say it but it almost sounds like you're relieved that there isn't any good targets for you to have to vote. yes L-9 or L-2 generally is how far the person is away from lynch. I'm not sure what you mean by your other question...

I agree. Agent's post gives the impression that his goal for the day is to survive, not find scum to lynch. Part of me wonders if this is a little scum slip by a newbie who doesn't understand town's goals.

Wild, I am not going to talk to you anymore. I know this might seem ridiculous because part of my case on you was that you did this exact thing. However, I am constantly reminded of the relationship between the special olympics and arguing on the internet. I am finished. You can go to your corner and rant like a lunatic all you want. I will continue to play the game. Keep in mind that people unvoted you not because they agreed with your arguments, rather because they believe your claim.

I think the issue with agent here is a n00b mistake. Not necessarily a scumtell. Hopefully the uproar caused will permit agent to rethink the approach.

Ok yoshi, you were town last game and made the game pick up some by asking the best questions I think,I have to ask why did you take your vote off WW,you seem familiar with the in and outs of this stuff and if your not scum then what about WW and his claim made you unvote him. I think it will help me and others that are not familiar with the ins and outs. Oh and so no misunderstanding I am not saying you are scum. nope do not want any misunderstandings this time.

The claim is believable based on the role Tifa plays in the game. Earlier I took my vote off william because I didn't think he was actually scum. I put it back on so we could end the day with at least one BW/claim. That way we are going into the night with a bit of information.

Possibly and probably. Depends on how big of a threat they believe him to be. there are other roles that rank higher on mafia kill lists usually. Doctors and basically anything investigative in nature usually trumps all other roles and from there it's more wifomy...also depends on who the mafia feel is likely to be protected tonight...if they feel someone claimed is likely to be protected than they are likely to go for an unclaimed but influential townie. Same works if they believe the claimed to have a weak claim and just wasn't lynched due to time restraints or the role is relatively weak.

If he does get killed, it would be more likely later in the game than at this point.
