There is a game on the google playstore that has been improving over the last few years since I downloaded it, I only played it against bots because I never made a purchase, after paying the $1.99 for a new skin I unlocked the full game, it's a turn based strategy game that works well on mobile. I bring it up because I looked at multiplayer and it is set up like CC where you can set turn frequency, maybe one day I'll give it a go. Maybe CC could take a few pointers because the user interface is excellent.

People leave for various reasons, life changes and things move on. I stopped playing for a around 3 years and have come back in the last couple of days for a bit of fun. I think instead of looking at the reasons why people leave for
, the bigger question is why new people are put off joining. You can't keep everybody playing CC at the end of the day, but to maintain a healthy user base there needs to be people joining CC too.

Numbers have flirted many times in the last month or two with dropping under the 5,000 mark but have stayed strong and steady above it with spurts and boosts of newbie flesh and returnees keeping us away from that landmark number.
I am expecting with the the Northern hemisphere winter beginning now to kick in which is where most players come from mixed with new covid lockdowns and/or rules even before the new variant raised it's head to stay comfortably above the 5,000 until maybe spring 2022.
