I don't think so... I believe it's a play on words, with a grammatical error thrown in for effect. See, "you" rhymes with "boob", and the term "boob-tube" referring to the television leads me to believe that "youtube" is supposed to be more along the lines of "your television", meaning you can watch what ever you like.
