I don't know if you saw what was up there, but what was up was definitely bigotry. I, for one, do not believe for one second that it was murphy that wrote those things, but Andy did give all the explanation that was necessary. Personally i don't want to hear an in-depth analysis of every one of those words

use the bigimg button instead of the img button. it's farther to the right in the list of tools above the text box thing

ok I guess he didn't address that as well, but I guess since the case is not really closed and he knew there would be a lot of "heated discussion" for punishing murphy he decided to pre-lock it . That's not a very good reason, is it . Guess you're just going to have to live with it (or get Andy to tell you why, but somehow I doubt that's coming)

I agree I want some justification as to why it was locked. I never got to state my case in there, so now people will just see what "I" supposedly wrote. Not fair to me at all.

the acusation was made against cameltoe then these other acusations start poping up against murphy that proves someone used his account without knowledge. camel is saying that these were forwarded to here (maybe true) but somone is going to have to take the punishment for this. and since all the evidence lies against camel and camels refusal to provide evidence of who done it means it has to be cameltoe who gets the punishment.

How can it be more complicated? He puts up pictures of pm's from my account? I have given Andy well more than enough evidence via pm of posts he altered in my clan forums.
Personally I'm sick and tired of this. I giving me a bad name and I feel I'm miss representing my clan. I will not take my clan stuff down for some childish adult who wishes to post Bigotry remarks off of my account. I'm being punish for nothing that I have done. I do think that the IP addresses can be checked and y'all will then see that the changes to my posts we altered while I "murphy16" was off line. My country flag was changed to Canada, same as his, then he posts pictures that he shouldn't have unless he has been on my account. I that not proof enough? Now please tell me why it's so complicated if all the evidence I have provided to Andy points straight to him?
I apologize for being so rude mods, I know y'all are doing y'alls best but I have been on this site for 3 years, not once have I ever said something to give me a disciplinary warning. I think I got the short end of the stick and was punished way too fast with no investigation made. I'm really pissed that I'm being punished after I make a legitimate accusation against someone and what do you know, the next day stuff that he normally says in his game chats is posted in the thread. Just fix this asap is all that I'm asking.

let me get this straight... you want a person that has posted 32 times since joining over a year
ago, to be perma-banned as punishment for this? i don't think that taking away camel's ability
to post is going to do much. not to mention there is that escalating punishment scale that has to
be put into consideration.

and again, someone had to of given him your password, i just think
you need to change your password, place him on foe, and move on. in all the times people have
accused others of hacking their accounts, i can't recall one valid complaint. getting a password
is not hacking, it is someone not being careful with their password. good luck, and be more careful

Warnings have been given to Cameltoe and to those who were also involved.

After deliberating all the information that we have for this case, although there have been statements and posts that could be incriminating if you look at it from a certain point of view, still, as what murphy16 is asking for, we do not have enough to website ban Cameltoe for hacking or hijacking murphy16's account for now. There were loopholes in this case in which may have 'saved' him and I would advise that everyone take better care of your account information and not give it to several account sitters. Your account sitter could also have other sitters for them and you will never how many looney bins we have out there that could come up with a stupid joke like this.

Again, take better care of your account and for those who were warned, if you feel you have gotten away with this, watch your steps.

And murphy16, due to the nature of this case, the warning you got for bigotry has been scrapped.
