I'm sorry guys, Pansy =! Fag in any sort of measurement of severity. Next we will be considering sissy, or weenie, or momma's boy or scaredy cat on equal footing with fag.

This is a dangerous slippery slope, and it can only lead to some sort of daycare gaming site where you can't call someone an idiot because you might be committing bigotry against stupid people. :roll:

I think pansy should be acceptable because in this game, which involves attacking, it is sometimes useful to be able to describe someone as a coward based on their observed behavior.

In a widely spoken dialect of English (North American), the word carries this definition first and foremost. Homosexual connotations can be ignored if the player's behavior matches the definition of pansy as cowardly.

We do not see the word "pansy" as homophobic or at least in this particular game. This is cleared.

GeneralRisk has been warned for his homophobic comments and advised to be more careful in making another similar report.

Surprise surprise :roll: DBo didn't mean faggot in a homophobic sense either, yet you warned him. GR clearly did so no issue there.

The context of "faggot" in the game was clear. He meant it as a slur. "Pansy" is not a slur and this case was adjudicated correctly.
