Why would you take games where the home team submitted an illegal setting but lost, and turn them in to draws? That gives them back half a point when they were the ones that caused the problem in the first place.

I could see if the home team wins, calling it a tie. but as said home team submits illegal game and looses, they should still receive a loss.

Above comments are correct so my above post corrected - only the games won by the offending home team have been adjusted as draws.
