You're back in. Everyone gets a PM at the start of the hand. If it's not your turn, you can respond to the PM with your conditional actions. One convoluted example:
If no one has raised when it is my turn, and there are 3 or less people already in, I raise to 50.
If there are more than 3 who have called, and no one has raised, I call.
If someone has raised to any amount up to 50, I call.
If someone is all-in, has less chips than me, and no one else has called, I go all-in.
All other situations I fold.

Your conditions can be as complicated or as simple as you wish, as long as they flow logically.
If it is your turn when you read the PM, just respond in thread.
