Yes, thank you, that's much better. My only intent was to highlight the fragility in having a completely rigid skull. I'm not an engineer.WingCmdr Ginkapo wrote:Oh please have mercy on me.TA1LGUNN3R wrote: It's easy to bash someone's brains in because cranial plates are pretty thin. Sutures are fairly elastic and actually help keep the skull intact, much like old skyscrapers are more prone to collapse in an earthquake because they're too rigid.
Bashing someones head in - A high magnitude impact force
Earthquakes - A series of accelerations
Not comparable in the slightest. Now if you want to write about the comparison between Kevlar and Skulls then please go ahead. The idea is to absorb high amounts of energy WITHOUT significant deformation (as that would be plastic deformation which is non-reversable).
Yes, I'm a Old White Man, who believes in FREEDOM of CHOICE. I personally find abortion repugnant, but the choice/freedom to control your body should be left to that individual and her doctor. Not to some so-called moral individual like yourself.tzor wrote:Says an ... old white man.Bernie Sanders wrote:Tzor wants old white men to control a women's reproduction system.![]()
I can just seeing someone making a same argument about Lincoln, wanting old white men to control a person's right to "property."
In case you haven't gotten the memo, there are a number of black women in the pro=life movement, and white women as well. I'm sure I could find green women as well if I looked hard enough. "Old White Men" legalized abortion in the first place.
Whose choice? Did the unborn get a choice? We have a simple fact here, (actually we have two simple facts here, but I'm not going into the argument that a "socialist" has no "right" to argue "freedom") that your "choice/freedom" ends the moment it intersects someone else's choice/freedom.Bernie Sanders wrote:Yes, I'm a Old White Man, who believes in FREEDOM of CHOICE. How can you tell women not to drink? What are you? Some kind of Monster? Shouldn't you be complaining to the Obama Administration? FREEDOM of CHOICE, right?"About half of all pregnancies in the United States are unplanned, and even if planned, most women won't know they are pregnant for the first month or so, when they might still be drinking," said Anne Schuchat, principal deputy director at the CDC.

Yo Muy....Had a hell of a time in Jackson way back when....barely made it out....lol. Buddy has a cabin on 100 acres inside yellowstone borders that was homesteaded and grandfathered...awesome spot.

Have fun! And, in comparison to the rest of the state, its pretty damned expensive there. Though Harrison Ford does have a house there.notyou2 wrote:I'm going to Jackson....muy_thaiguy wrote:Jackson is kind of an enigma in Wyoming.
