For anyone who is curious, at this point FOED will head into S&M match with 25 pts and 79-81 wins (very likely 79).

S&M will head into final match vs FOED with one of three options (1) 24 pts and 78/79 wins; (2) 25 pts and 80 wins; or (3) 26 pts and 81 wins (most likely bet would be either 24/25 pts based on what the remaining OSA games look like from fog)

As for our match, each side has a 3-0 lead in the respective home sets and look to have a strong chance to secure 2 pts a piece. Still early though, and things could change, but there is definitely a close race for the title! :D

Angry little fox err bandicoot aren't you

Foed is bringing it...probably little angry we smacked them 2x in minicup..
Fyr assessment is good...tofu not getting evok (I still will get revenge on both tofu and especially foed :D )hurt us...we need draw against osa or Foed I belive...benga not dying in FC has made this intense.
It's been fun and GL rest of he way...let's keep in friendly boys ;)

Whatever the final standings, congrats FOED for the spectacular rise over the past three years! Thanksfully, we don't get to face you this year in the early stages of CC8...

EVOK vs MTIce always and forever will be one of my favorite games :D

As to what you guys need, if you draw both OSA and FOED, it will come down to game differential, which means we need to make up 1 game between our sets. If you draw one and lose the other, we will win. If you come back and beat OSA in their home set, then we have to take 3/4 points off you guys.

You don't need to fall to rise, just to be at your TOP

I think (although I may be mistaken) it comes down to a S&M game versus OSA on WWII Gazala. I believe FOED and S&M will each win their home sets, but if FOED wins both remaining away games versus S&M (possible) and both remaining home games versus S&M (also possible), they would win regardless of the outcome of the S&M-OSA game, but I haven't added up the goal differential to verify that 2nd part.

I meant more the entire event, not just the battle for first.

Spot on analysis. If OSA beats S&M on Gazala, FOED wins. If S&M wins Gazala, then FOED has to win the remaining 4 games to be champions.

As for your inquiry Caff, probably a couple more weeks for almost all CL games to finish up.

Here is a little break down of possible final standings.
Of course I assumed a bunch of games W/L that are not actually completed. But assuming i didn't make a mistake with those, this should be right.
I didn't go into checking overall game +/- into TOFU, FALL, TOP, LOW, PACK to see what would happen in ties.
Fyrdraca's above statements about the FOED/S&M race for 1st is true :)

Seems like you have it all wrapped up even if OSA was to lose the Gazala game (only a slight doubt remaining on the Supermax game with escalating). Congrats!

Thanks but please don't jinx it, misclicks can happen and we actually lost 2 games and one point this season already from exactly that.
We're celebrating nothing until that Supermax game is won... :-$ [-o<
