For the record... not at all true. I've had to stop and cough when riding by on a bicycle, and I have a friend who actually has
serious asthma that had major problems with back doors at most businesses because people always went out to smoke by the back door. Trust me... outside doesn't mean nearly as much as you think.
And jay... all of those things
can cause cancer. Smoking isn't a question of maybe. If you smoke, you
will eventually get cancer. The only "if" is whether or not you survive long enough to quit. And second-hand smoke is just as bad.
Yes, it smells bad. I don't give a sh*t about that... I've smelled worse, and will again. But you blowing cancer or asthma attacks or permanent weakness to bronchitis or pneumonia or any other number of respiratory diseases into my lungs and shortening my life is definitely worth a law.
