prismsaber won due to Prankcall deadbeating. Not sure what happened to him, but he has missed 2 rounds of turns in most of his games and now finally someone is making moves for him. Reguardless, I decided to wrap this up and declare Prismsaber the winner not knowing when Prankcall is to return. I stated in the rules during sign ups that "all CC rules would apply" and since Prankcall missed 3 straight turns, CC rules indicate he is kicked from the game. Prankcall can sign up for another tourney for a rematch if he would like. I appoligize in advance if there was an extreme emergency that was out of his control. I actually hope there wasnt but we cant leave this open forever.
