Firstly disclaimer: 90% of my hockey knowledge is based on Eastside Hockey Manager, so if I sound clueless, that's because I am.

As you might expect, the part of this I really like are Wennberg (especially if they mange to sign him to an under 3M deal next season), Jenner and Karlsson.

What I don't like is that there are 3 (almost 4) wingers who individually take up more cap space then these three guys combined. I get that Saad is a superstar and at least his contract won't go up for a few years, but four wingers taking up over 21 M in cap space severly limits what they can offer to the other 5 and to their no. 5 Center.

Now a question for you: if you were Nashville, would you take Dubinsky and Foligno for Kevin Fiala and the rights for Järnkrok (you would end up 4M over the cap)?

The Red Wings traded Järnkrok for a few weeks of David Legwand. It helped get the Wings to the playoffs again, but nothing beyond that. I wish Järnkrok was still a Wing.

But to answer your question, it depends. If the Preds are lacking secondary scoring going into the trade deadline, and Dubinsky and Foligno are having good seasons, then yeah, I might consider that trade if I believe that could be what gets me a shot at the Cup. If I'm thinking long term, no way do I make that trade.

Well, I would say that depends on the circumstance. If you're already actively exploring in that region, with permission of course! - then I'd say fair game. Not saying she'll appreciate it, but it's certainly on the menu.
