Thank you for the friendly enough response Bruce. I apologize for my words towards you. They were uncalled for, it just gets under my skin with all of the comments about Empire. I am aware of the differences between you and Mike and I hope in the future those differences can stay between the two of you and not between Empire and KORT as a whole.

I'm grateful to ahunda for bringing this up and my thanks to Chuck for amending the 'join within' time frame to five days. Any less than that was a bit of a squeeze potentially, though I guess we would have coped. We have it a bit tougher in TOFU as most of the admin is handled by me (on Hong Kong time) whilst the remaining members are in Europe or N.America and my time zone really is out of kilter, so a day is always lost in correspondence. The 'create games' time frame is a lot less relevant. Heck, we could all be sorting out our home games now, truth be told.

We are still waiting for you to show your true commitment to TOFU by moving your family back to the UK and GMT.

As far as I know, Bruce is mad at me (and EMPIRE) because when we downsized our clan to be more competitive, we cut JP007, Bruce's protege. JP is a great guy (personally), and it was a tough decision, but we did what we felt was best for us as a whole. If I'm wrong Bruce, and you have other gripes, PM me and let me know. Let's work this thing out so we stop boring everyone else. As far as the rest of the feud goes, I respond so that my clan doesn't have to. I don't mind being perceived the bad guy so people like Chuck, TheSpaceCowboy, Endar, Chephren all get to be the good guys. They are good guys, as is every member of our clan.

In no way did I call out other clans for being slow. I put forward what I considered to be a typical timetable, and it showed that the dates were reasonable. If anything, allowing one more day to join games after they were sent just to give a little cushion. Then I offered help to those who need help organizing. I have helped a few clan leaders in the past get better organized. I just choose not to publicize it (so much for that). Certainly my comment had a few barbs in there for you Bruce. I'll admit that.

Anyway, I'm done with this non-sense. Let me know what I did to upset you so much so we can put this behind us. Can't wait to see you on the battlefield.
