point 1:

if worked out well enough, it could be a nice addition to the conquest maps

point 2:

finaly a map designedfor 8 players yep :) and i had to add rivers in so they dont wipe each other out by round 2

i don't have plent y of time anymore to check all maps, so i just check the maps that i am likely interested in, some maps might be good, but don't interest me.

:lol: yes, it needs to be a bit balanced, and fun to play. if i notice any 'bugs' i will let you know

I like the idea of famine... however, like someone else mentioned, the numbers may need to be tweaked a bit.
My biggest reason for posting is that I think you should change the look of the map quite a bit. Not the layout, but the style.
There's been a lot of talk of the similarities between this, AoR, and Feudal Wars. There are plenty of similarities, but there are some key differences as well. But the problem is, this LOOKS a lot like Feudal wars. The same green base with the black legend at top in the same position. The ONLY difference is that your legend goes further across the screen (and the font of course).

I think you should change this.... drastically. Change the color scheme, the legend (font, color, and placement), the texture, everything. Make it completely your own.
It'll make the map so much better, and it'll make your critics happier.

I hope you consider this!

This could just as well be Ancient Sumer, or any African Empires, Roman Empire, Chinese empire, anything! But you've stuck with the feudal england/france look from the middle ages. Heck, you could even create a ridiculously fantastic empire that has no basis in reality! Whatever you do, it'd be great if you could change it up a bit.

yea i considering it, and most likely will apply it.


edit: also, how exactly do u think i should change the look other than those?? like more specific, do u think i should just drop the dock at rinyer and have a giant bridge go between lakran castle, rinyer, and ment?

i believe you, but i don't believe that you both coincidentally designed your maps the same way.

Unfortunatly, bryguy between this and the civil war map your creditability is low. Im sure me, DiM or yeti dont mind that you based this idea from feudal/realm, but your trying to pass this as origonal and that you develop it before you knew feudal existed. Its a plain and obvious lie. Wheres the harm in being honest?

You didnt make the map, you had an idea. Then you saw Feudal War, then you starting working on an image. Just try to make it look a little different at least.
